At FlowGenesis, we take pride in delivering high-quality, professionally designed Webflow templates and digital assets. Your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products, certain restrictions apply to refund eligibility.

Digital Product Policy

All our templates are digital goods. Once purchased and delivered, they are non-returnable and non-refundable. When you purchase a digital product from FlowGenesis, you gain immediate access to downloadable assets, which cannot be “returned” in a traditional sense.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds in the following limited cases:

The file is corrupted or inaccessible and we are unable to resolve the issue. You were wrongfully charged due to a system error or technical glitch. The template is significantly different from what was described or advertised. To request a refund, please email us at info@flowgenesis.agency within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do not provide refunds under the following conditions:

You no longer need the product or made a purchase by mistake incompatibility caused by third-party platforms or tools beyond our control does not qualify for a refund. Template Customization & Support

We do not offer refunds for custom modifications, third-party integration issues, or after partial template use. However, we are happy to assist with minor issues and provide post-sale support to help you get started.
